When will my order ship?

Every pillow is a preorder. It ships in 4 to 6 weeks, then free tracked shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Buying for Christmas? It may arrive after Dec 25.

What's your refund policy?

Every order has our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Not happy? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

How do I set it up?

Slide the arch over the headrest and let the tail rest across your lap. The middle stays open, so your back is on the real seat.

Is it safe in the car?

Wear your seat belt the normal way, under no part of the pillow. Don't cover seat-mounted side airbags (check your car's manual), and don't use it on a child seat.
