Preorder timeline

ComfyPilot pillows are on preorder. Your order ships within 4 to 6 weeks, then free tracked shipping takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Buying for Christmas? It may arrive after December 25th.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order any time on our Track Your Order page.

Add-ons

Order Processing Priority moves your order to the front of the shipping queue. Express Shipping upgrades the shipping leg to a faster service. Shipping Protection covers your order if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices are charged in US dollars unless your local currency is shown at checkout. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, paid by the customer on delivery.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll try to update it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us through the contact form and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
